European Investment and Development is established to operate in different business fields in real estate market. Our expertise is in commercial management, asset, and property management. European Investment is established under the leadership of the chairman of the board of directors of Polimeks. Polimeks has been one of the most admired and biggest construction companies in the world since it started its operations almost 30 years ago, finalizing over 130 projects, in a spectrum of highways, multi story residentials, hospitals, hotels in various geographies and realized around 13 billion USD turnover since then. Thus, European Investment and Development, carries forward this construction experience to all arrays of real estate business, in terms of more efficient and economical renovations, efficient maintenance and an construction perspective on evaluating real estate opportunities.

Structured as a holding company, European Investment and Development is active in international real estate markets since 2017. The company realizes real estate investments in residential, commercial, and industrial markets mainly in the Netherlands, Germany and Belgium and also in the nearby geographical countries. The company is expanding in Benelux and Germany with its unique portfolio of buildings which are chosen and acquired selectively.

The portfolio mainly consists of commercial real estate, namely offices. All locations in the Netherlands are in the major economic centers such as Amsterdam, Rotterdam, and Utrecht. European Investments has a long-term vision with a balanced and high-quality portfolio. European Investment’s goal is always to deliver buildings that meet the needs of the tenants and improves them whenever necessary.
